Association
Our archery association was founded in 2009 with 15 members. Our goals included promoting all activities that was in connection with archery, for example the history and publicity of “archery war games” and shooting competitions, the pursuit of archery as a free-time and sport-level activity as well as the development of archery, the sport itself.
We hold weekly trainings for the members on our own archery range and a coach trains the members’ children separately on the weekends in order to ensure proper “reinforcement” for our association.
We wanted to provide services to members that facilitate and encourage participation in competitions, demonstrations, and events. Currently we have over 30 active members. Among our members we not only have representatives of traditional archery, but also representatives of other branches of archery (compound, hunter, Olympic-archery, etc.).
We actively and regularly participate in historical, 3D, pleasure and long-range shooting competitions. In order to promote archery we consistently attend schools, sporting events and village days where everyone can try themselves out in this fascinating sport.
